SUPPORTING KIDS IN CARE

Care Bags WA provides backpacks filled with essential and comforting items for children and young people entering care – often with little to no belongings. These bags help meet immediate needs while also offering dignity, reassurance, and a sense of being cared for during what is often a very difficult time. Earlier this year they reached out to us for assistance in providing the resources for these bags. We were honoured as a church that they would ask and felt led to meet this need as the body of Christ.

If you would like to participate the item list can be accessed through the download button. If you would rather give financially for the church to purchase the items go to our giving page. We are aiming to provide 50 packs!

The drop off point is in the foyer during our Sunday gatherings and the last date to return the packs is Sunday the 19th of July.
